Immersion Of The European Caisson Completed
The European caisson of the 1915Çanakkale Bridge, which is due to be opened on the 18th of March 2022, was moved to its final position and immersion operation was carried out.
The European tower caisson, which is 74 m wide, 83.3 m long, 15 m high and weighing 51.186 tons, was immersed into final tower location. The immersion operation of the European caisson lasted two days.
